Clean, good looking welds result when using VersaWeld from not applying an angle iron adaptor for round surfaces. The maximum gate weight is 1,100 lb for the VersaWeld, and precision bushing distributes gate load for optimal performance and hinge longevity. Zinc electroplating construction leads to long lasting rust and corrosion protection. Shut It hinges have been tested to over 1 Million open / close cycles and feature a limited lifetime warranty.
